The stone base and the back burst are very nice, however the reflection of the softbox in the top half of the bottle is just a horizontal flip done in photoshop.  The small dot in the inner corner of each side would suggest so as would the hard edge of the reflection on the upper neck which then abruptly changes to a more diffused light at the shoulder.  Then again you have unrealistically done a vertical flip in photoshop to create the lower reflection which unnaturally curves in at the bottom of the bottle rather than follow straight down as it would do on a simple cylindrical surface such as this.
